    WELCOME TO  Ms. Paola's Kindergarten Class! WE ARE READY FOR KINDERGARTEN!   MY EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY:                  Hello parents! My name is Paola Najera and this coming year will be my second year of teaching kindergarten! Teaching is my passion and I am so excited to have your child in my classroom. I take my classroom management very seriously as well as my philosophy when it comes to teaching. I am a very big believer in talking things out. Children at this age are still learning how to manage their emotions and in order for them to grow, they need to understand what these big feelings are. A child won't learn if he/she is distracted by whatever is going on within. My Philosophy is to integrate all learning styles in the classroom.
